About the Role

You will build our trust and safety function from the ground up: usage policy, abuse detection, removal requests and law enforcement process. You will work closely with legal, engineering and product.

What You'll Do

  • Write and maintain our acceptable use policy
  • Build review queues and processes for removal and opt-out requests
  • Work with engineering on abuse signals and enforcement tools
  • Track biometric and privacy laws across US states

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in trust and safety, policy or investigations
  • Experience building processes at an early-stage company
  • Sound judgment on sensitive and ambiguous cases
  • Working knowledge of US privacy and biometric law

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a search, identity or social platform
